  • Layered Security: Depending on the model, you can choose 1-layer (Steel), 2-layer (Steel + Insulation), or 3-layer (Steel + Insulation + Steel) construction. The 3-layer models are the quietest and strongest.

  • Intellicore® Technology: Clopay’s proprietary polyurethane foam is injected into the door, expanding to fill every gap. This creates a dense, “rock-solid” panel that is exceptionally quiet and has some of the highest R-values in the industry.

  • Durability: The steel is protected by a multi-layered coating system: hot-dipped galvanizing, a metal oxide pretreatment, and a baked-on primer and topcoat to prevent rust.

  • Windows: Extensive options including the Architectural Series (larger glass, more light) and the Decorative Insert Series (Colonial, Stockton, Sunset patterns).
