I just had to share with you amazing ladies here! I just received the best news. After being diagnosed with osteoporosis at the age of 39, I have just had the results of this year’s DEXA scan. I am now completely out of the osteoporosis range and into osteopenia! I don’t know details yet as I have not seen my consultant yet (these results were from the duty doctor over the phone)…
